About Company

The company was originally formed under the name Ping Networks, Inc in 2001 as a software development house and a network support group. Our target customers were SME & large size software application developers supporting ISP's for network related remote management applications. The customers included big names such as Cisco Systems, Level3, and Exodus, to name a few. During later years the same group evolved into several spin off companies in different IT specializations. CSIS is an off shoot of the same initiative.

Headed by the former chief executive of our group that started it all CSIS is making its mark in the e-business technologies. Our core services include consultancy and end-to-end solutions to "E-businesize" conventional and new businesses. The company leverages its recently acquired offshore business (100% owned and operated by CSIS) for price effectiveness and more quality controls. CSIS operates fro multiple locations to serve its customers in North America, Europe and Asia.

The management team is not only technology savvy but brings a world of entrepreneurial and business experiences. CSIS is currently developing a next generation “Search Engine” that will recognize “natural language queries” Vs “key words” as in conventional search engines of today. In essence beyond conventional services a large portion of our in-house resources are constantly involved in research and development process. This is in line with keeping traditional values of innovation inherent to our Silicon Valley entrepreneurial philosophy.

Our innovative and proprietary (patent pending) search engine solution is hinged on “Structured Search Methodology” a break through proprietary in-house developed algorithmic technology.

CSIS is also actively involved in community services contributing its resources to non-profit organizations and educational institutions. CSIS is also very proud to have formed an “Organization of Professional Internet Search Specialists” www.opiss.org. Also a non-profit organization supported and managed by CSIS team. OPISS serves knowledge management community by providing a unified platform for advancement, standardization and recognition of “Internet search” as a science.
